Background
Located in the prestigious Chaintré region, the clay and shale-based vineyards lie with a perfect south-east exposure. This allows Jean-Paul to produce exceptional grapes. He vinifies the wine entirely in stainless steel tanks to make a lively wine with loads of finesse. This wine delivers much more than people expect from a Macon wine.
