Background
Santenay is known as a red-wine town; so white Santenay wines are not too common. This town is contiguous with Chassagne-Montrachet, though; so there are some exceptional white wines. This Santenay is an excellent example.
Tasting Notes
Citrus and minerals on the nose. The palate is rustic and earthy with the minerality following through. Good citrus acidity. Nice length on the finish.
