Background
La Folie translates as “the folly”. Claudie uses oak from the Alliers forest with a medium toast, and puts the wine through 100% malolactic fermentation.
Tasting Notes
Golden yellow color, with a touch of butterscotch and caramel backing up the creamy citrus and melon fruit. Nice viscosity.
