Background
Grown in reddish limestone soil with a little bit of clay, the grapes are hand harvested and de-stemmed 100%. Bottling occurs just before the next harvest once the fruitiest blend has been assembled.
Tasting Notes
Elegant with flavors of black currant, raspberry, and cherry. Some vegetal notes of bark are also present, which is quite typical of village-level red wines from Givry.
