Background
The vineyard is south facing and predominately limestone soil. It is naturally protected from the harsh northern winds. The wine is bottled after maturing 18 months in the cellar.
Tasting Notes
This is a full-bodied and refined wine with notes of cherries and raspberries. It has an appealing roundness and a persistent finish.
