Background
2/3 stainless steel fermentation to retain freshness and 1/3 old oak fermentation to add roundness, fullness, and body. This wine delivers much more than people expect from an entry-level Macon Villages.
Tasting Notes
Lively bouquet of white flowers (acacia) and green apples. Crisp and persistent fruit on the palate. Good acidity to go with lighter foods, but pleasant enough to drink by itself. A wonderful and versatile entry-level wine.
Food Pairings
lighter fish and chicken, shrimp, crab, cold meats, excellent aperitif wine
