- Background
- A personal favorite. The Blanchots Dessous vineyard lies surrounded by Chassagne Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards, and would certainly be elevated in any reclassification. Not the family’s highest classified wine, but one of their best. People really like this wine.
- Tasting Notes
- Beautiful nose, with full aromas of white peach, acacia, and litchi. Rich and opulent in the mouth, finishing with a touch of wood and youthful acidity. Yummy.
