- The Corton vineyard is the only Grand Cru in Burgundy that produces both red and white wines. Anne’s parcel is from the steep eastern-facing slopes on the horseshoe-shaped hillside in Corton. She makes a tiny amount of this wine.

- The wine is intense with excellent minerality. Its complex bouquet includes aromas of blackberries and mushrooms in the woods. The wine is powerful, but retains wonderful balance.
