Francois Servin Chablis Bougros Grand Cru

Background: The personal favorite of Francois. The Bougros is made in the style that Francois’ grandfather used to make wine. Much bigger, fuller, and richer than today’s style of mass-marketed Chablis wines. Incredibly good.
Tasting Notes: Wonderful texture, with layers of lime, slate, citrus and dough presenting across the palate. The wine gains weight in the mouth, finishing clean and long.
Food Pairings: Guinea fowl with mushroom cream sauce
