Background
In tastings, this wine was selected as the OFFICIAL CHAMPAGNE OF THE CITY OF PARIS and will be served at all official city functions for 2 years. Decanter magazine gave this Champagne a Gold Medal for its class. Only free-run juice is used for this wonderful sparkler. The wine is aged at least 3 years on its lees, which is more than double the amount of time than most entry-level Champagnes. No wonder the City of Paris chose this wine. It's really good and represents a terrific value.
