Background
The Cortons vineyard lies near the Chassagne-Montrachet Premier Cru parcels, which give this wine its traditional white flower flavors found in many Chassagne wines. In fact, Saint Aubin is often called a “poor man’s Chassagne” because of its lower price, but similar taste to wines from Chassagne. Excellent value!
Tasting Notes
Pale straw color, aromas of orange blossom, white flowers, acacia, some minerality in the mouth, finishes with lemon cream acidity.
